1. Stock
We endeavour to ensure that only accurate and up to date information is placed online. There may be times when stock is changed by or unavailable from our suppliers. Care has been taken to ensure that the products and descriptions of them on this site are accurate.
You should enquire with us directly to ensure the accuracy and currency of the material you seek to rely upon.

2. Unacceptable orders
Nova Electrical Supplies (VIC) Pty Ltd reserves the right to reject an order if, in its sole opinion, it is unacceptable.

3. PayPal security information
If you buy using secure credit card payment on PayPal the Buy Now button will take you to the Pay Pal website, where you can complete your purchase. Once completed you will be returned to the Nova Electrical Supplies (VIC) Pty Ltd site. The exchange is entirely handled by PayPal's secure system and none of your credit card details are revealed to, or stored by us, at any stage.

4. Stock availability
We will endeavour to supply all items shown on the Nova Electrical Supplies (VIC) Pty Ltd website. Products will be removed from the online shop as soon as we become aware that those items are unavailable. However, there may be unavoidable occasions when part of your order cannot be fulfilled on time or at all. In this event you will be advised as soon as possible by your preferred contact method.

5. Delivery standards
Nova Electrical Supplies (VIC) Pty Ltd will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 5 working days of receiving the order and endeavour to deliver all orders within 10 to 15 business days from receipt of order.

6. Incorrect details supplied
If and when incorrect payment details are supplied Nova Electrical Supplies (VIC) Pty Ltd will take all reasonable steps to contact you using the personal details that you have provided. In the event that your supplied contact details are incorrect however, Nova Electrical Supplies (VIC) Pty Ltd will not be held responsible for not fulfilling your order, nor for being unable to advise you that this is the case.

7. Incomplete order or wrong product supplied
If part of your order is missing, Nova Electrical Supplies (VIC) Pty Ltd will replace the missing quantity free of charge.
If the wrong item has been supplied, the correct item will be supplied upon return of the undamaged and unopened product supplied by mistake.

8. Refund policy
You can return an item to us within 30 days from the date of purchase if it is faulty, incorrectly described or it's not of an acceptable quality
To ask for an exchange, repair or refund, you'll need to prove that you purchased the product from us. If you can't provide an order confirmation, another form of proof of purchase will be required.
Please return your item to us with your name, order confirmation number and the reason for your return within 30 days from the date of purchase.
 
9. Change of mind returns
The product must be in its original condition and unopened. Please return the product within 10 days from the date of purchase, including proof of purchase, and you will receive a full refund.

10. Goods and services tax
Prices do not include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST). GST will be added to your order at checkout. Nova Electrical Supplies (VIC) Pty Ltd will issue a compliant tax invoice where appropriate.

11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law (most importantly the Australian Consumer Law), Nova Electrical Supplies (VIC) Pty Ltd disclaims all warranties with regard to the information and applications contained on the website and your use of the website, including all implied warranties of merchantability and fitnes.
If Nova Electrical Supplies (VIC) Pty Ltd becomes liable for any breach of any such warranty, Nova Electrical Supplies (VIC) Pty Ltd's liability shall be limited, at its option, to replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods.

12. Limits of responsibility
Nova Electrical Supplies (VIC) Pty Ltd, its contractors, agents, or employees accepts no responsibility for any liability, loss, damage, death or injury whatsoever in connction with the use of the products or this website however caused. Our maximum aggregate liability for any product supplied to you whether in contract, at common law or in equity, or on any other basis shall in no circumstances exceed the amount payable by you to us in respect of the product(s) in question.

13. Governance
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. In the event of a dispute you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the Federal Court of Australia.
